Default Employers and Fraud

How often are employers busted for making fraudulent statements to avoid being hit for unemployment insurance claims?

I imagine it happens all of the time, but it would be good to know the best way to fight an employer who feels justified doing this.

I wonder about this, too.

Most jobs document everything and have a process that leads up to either the firing or retention of the employee in question.

Most people I know start looking for a new job as soon as the first steps begin!

I'd be interested in knowing the answer to this. Also, how do you know when a fraud happens?
